If you register for a trial period of orggen crm, all terms are applicable for free trial period and for paid package customers.

We do not provide any refund in any circumstances.
Force Majeure
Neither Party shall be responsible for failure or delay in performance if caused by Force Majeure, except in respect of payment obligations hereunder. Each Party will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effect of a Force Majeure event.

Limitation of Liability
No Liability
Supplier shall not be liable to the Client or User for any consequences resulting from
deletion of, corruption of, or failure to store any Client Data
Use of client data by any associates
Sharing of client CRM passwords to 3rd party or there employees
Customer's Name and Logo
We can use customer name and logo, brand name, address, website in marketing campaign on all platforms.
