- if you have install mobile app to store your customers, employee infomration, you are entrusting that data to us for processing. if you have given app access to your photo libraray, you are entrusting data to us.
- we store data in your account as long as your are orggen customers. after terminate your account, your data will be deleted.

Google API Disclosure
- This policy describes how the app will collect and use your google data; if you provide Kylas with access to your Google account.
- Orggen will only use smtp details to send emails from CRM software. We only use the granted access to read, write, modify, send emails using Gmail credentials within the app, entered by the user.
- Orggen do not use, data for sending promotional content or advertisements.
- Orggen use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirement.
